Seaview Terrace, located in Newport, Rhode Island, was used as the exterior of Collinwood in the original Dark Shadows series. The house is currently owned by the Careys, who lease a portion of it to Salve Regina University. The Careys maintain a private residence in a wing of the house above Cecelia Hall.
