Above: That day in June when we were at Seaview, it was partly cloudy, but otherwise a nice sunny day. At one point, storm clouds rolled in and it looked like we were going to be in for a good OLE New England thunderstorm. However, as quickly as the clouds came in, they disappeared over the ocean, and it was once again a sunny day. I did manage to run down to the edge of the property and snap off a couple of pretty neat photos before the clouds disappeared. The top photo has been seen on my web site as well as many other Dark Shadows related web pages. I have received dozens of compliments on it, and several requests for 8 X 10 copies, as well as other webmasters asking if they could use it on their individual sites. This may be the first time I have publicly displayed the bottom photo, which I took shortly after the first one. The two photos are nearly identical except for the cloud movement and the fact that you can barely see Anna and Jay standing by the Terrace in the top photo, but in the bottom photo you can see they had walked down the lawn towards me. These are by far the best photos of the house I have taken in all my visits up there. :-)
