The next time I would make it up to Seaview followed the 1995 NYC Festival again held at the Marriott Marquee. I had kept in touch with the Careys over the past couple of years and had arranged with them to bring a group of friends up to view the house and grounds.

Here we see Mr. & Mrs. Carey in the Solarium of the house.
